Middlesbrough Council currently commissions a Youth Services Contract which covers three lots Universal, Targeted and Targeted Transition. Contract value for lot is; Universal - PS425,000 Ex VAT Targeted - PS525,000 Ex VAT Targeted Transition - PS350,000 Ex VAT

Planning Information

The Council's current Youth Services Framework is coming to an end and as we had in place three different services universal, targeted and targeted transition we want to use the pre-market engagement to seek feedback from a range of stakeholders to understand if this model is still meeting need and fit for purpose. There maybe additional funding but this is not yet confirmed and as such this market engagement will help us also ensure that any extra funding is targeted correctly. We want to ensure that our model does not provide any barriers to the local SME market as they have been pivotal in delivering the current contract which has worked really well. We are aiming to go out to tender in a few months with the aim of the new service starting on the 1st April 2027.
