Respondents are invited to submit narrative feedback, limited to a maximum of two pages as per the details listed further below, addressing the following: * Whether their organisation would be interested in bidding for a future opportunity of this nature * Any factors that may encourage or discourage participation, including scope, scale, contract duration, mobilisation requirements, or commercial structure * The suitability of an Open Procedure * Any material risks, assumptions, or constraints the Authority should consider if proceeding under an Open Procedure * Feedback on the draft specification, including: * Areas that may benefit from clarification or adjustment * Any gaps, duplications, or over-specification * Additional scope items suppliers consider necessary for the successful and safe delivery of the contract. Feedback will be used solely to inform the Authority's internal considerations and governance decisions.
