Options: The contract includes options to extend the initial three (3) year term for up to two (2) further periods of twelve (12) months each. The extensions are exercisable at the sole discretion of the Contracting Authority, subject to satisfactory performance, continued operational requirement and agreement of any applicable pricing in accordance with the contract terms. Maximum potential contract term: five (5) years.

Renewal: Option to extend the initial three (3) year contract for up to two (2) additional periods of twelve (12) months each, exercisable at the sole discretion of the Contracting Authority, subject to satisfactory performance and continued service requirement. Planning Information
