The buildings are to be of varying sizes fitted out to shell and core; * Construction of a new highway junction and estate road off Hatchmoor Road, along with associated offsite highway improvements to support the site; * Installation of drainage infrastructure for both surface and foul water, including the potential use of soakaways for sustainable surface water management; * Upgrading of existing electrical, drainage and fibre networks to ensure sufficient capacity for the proposed development.
