    "description": "This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Approval to award the contract has been made by: Ruth Calladine - Head of Procurement & Commissioning Support; and Stewart Horn - Head of Children's Integrated CommissioningT There has not been any declared conflicts or potential conflicts of interest of any individuals making the decision to award this contract. The relative importance of the key criteria, and associated rationale for the relative importance of the key criteria, that was used for the provider assessment and form the basis on which the decision to award the contract has been made areas follows: Quality and Innovation - 25% The service model and delivery is: Safe - services are risk assessed, personalised and promote child safeguarding. Effective - are evidence based, have impact and produce appropriate outcomes. Values driven - services are respectful, empowering and caring. They are inclusive and equitable.
