"features": "This procurement will follow a Competitive Flexible Procedure under the Procurement Act 2023, consisting of two main stages: **1. Expression of Interest:** Initially, an Expression of Interest will be published, inviting suppliers to indicate their interest in bidding for the project. Those who express interest before the deadline will be invited to a Supplier Open Day, which is anticipated to be held on February 12, 2026. **2. Capability Assessment Stage:** During this stage, suppliers will be required to respond to a set of brief written questions designed to assess their experience, competence, and capability, as well as a Technical Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ). The responses will be evaluated by the Contracting Authority to create a shortlist of suppliers who will advance to the next stage, the Invitation to Tender (ITT). The shortlisted suppliers must also meet the requirements criteria as set out in the PQQ documentation and agree the Terms and Conditions **3. ITT Stage:** Shortlisted tenderers will be invited to respond to technical questions as well as questions related to Social Value. They will also need to provide a price proposal. Additionally, tenderers will be required to attend a presentation/interview to support their bid. Dates and times will be confirmed via the ATAMIS Sourcing Portal at http://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome (\"e-Sourcing Portal\"). We anticipate that this will take place between February 2, 2026, and April 31, 2026. (*Please note that these dates are subject to minor changes depending on the level of response to the tender. Tenderers will be notified of any updates.)"
