Requirement includes, 1. Hardware, software and all year one costs inclusive. 2. Ongoing software costs for a further 3 years Features must include: * 24-hour unattended vehicle refuelling * Ability to deny access to unauthorised drivers/vehicles * Real-time enabled to control access to fuel * Advanced usage, exception and environmental reporting * Communication of fuel usage information for multiple sites back to one central point * Enables integration with third party systems for vehicle tracking * Supports export of data in formats including: XML, CSV, PDF, MHTML, Excel, and Word * Automatic reporting functionality * Reorder and low-level stock warnings * Live stock level monitoring
