    "description": "As of the 1st January 2024 the selection process to identify and award contracts to Providers <br/>of healthcare services has been removed from the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and are <br/>now part of the new Provider Selection Regime (PSR). This report is to seek approval to <br/>award a contract under the PSR procedures. The PSR process provides greater flexibility <br/>than the traditional procurement procedures through a number of routes to award contracts <br/>including Direct Awards. Whilst the PSR does offer greater flexibility ESNEFT's default <br/>starting position for the selection of a Provider and award of contracts under PSR is <br/>competition and Value for Money.<br/><br/>This notice is a Confirmation of Intention to Award a Contract under a PSR competitive process<br/>East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust have identified a requirement to<br/>award a contracting for insourcing NDD initial and outcome appointments and ADOS Assessment PSR services following a previous 8 day standstill notice. <br/><br/>to - Pertemps Medical Ltd, Meriden hall, main Road, meriden, West idlands, CV7 7PT, United Kingdom.<br/><br/><br/>In line with the Provider Selection Regime 2023, the Trust has identified that the contract<br/>award must follow a competitive process conducted under a further competition under Framework RM6276. To which a competition was held.<br/><br/>Under Framework Guidance, ESNEFT has searched suppliers under the following RM6276 parameters:<br/><br/>Supply Region: Midlands and East<br/>Speciality: Mental Health Services, Paediatric - Paediatric Service, Paediatric - Other Specialist Paediatric Services<br/><br/>To ensure we covered the full list of potential suppliers.",
