BT430 - Inclusive Mobility Cycle Service
Notice Description
Westminster City Council is seeking a qualified provider to deliver an Inclusive Cycling Service for disabled residents, older people, and individuals with long-term health conditions. The service will offer supported, accessible cycling using side-by-side e-assist cycles, operated by trained instructors, to improve mobility, wellbeing, and social connection. The contract will run from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027, with the option to extend for up to two additional 12-month periods. Interested suppliers will need to demonstrate relevant experience, strong safety and safeguarding practices, and the ability to deliver a high-quality, inclusive community transport offer.
