The BSPS Transport department requires continuation of the fuel cards and associated fuel services provisions, utlised across Frimley Health NHS Foundation for transport vehicles.
Procurement Information
The reason for direct awarding to the incumbent supplier via this framework is BlueLight Commercial recently undertook a Call-Off for Fuel Cards for Emergency Services, this includes Petrol and Diesel as well as Electric Vehicle (EV) charging provision. The call-off was awarded to AllStar Business Solutions and provides the Trust discounts on fuel, discount diesel sites offer an average discount of 17.59p per litre, supermarket fuel stations offer an average discount of 0.5p per litre and other fuel stations offer an average discount of 0.3p per litre. Allstar also offer a free service to analyse transactions and provide the best solution for cost savings at quarterly contract review meetings
