Conflict of interest forms were completed by all members of the project team and now potential conflicts of interest were identified The key criteria was weighted as follows: Improving access, reducing health inequalities, and facilitating choice (20%) Value (40%) Integration, collaboration, and service sustainability (20%) Quality and innovation (20%) Social Value (Pass/Fail) Following a scored evaluation process the provider scored 60/100 across the 4 scored criteria and passed the requirements of the social value criteria.",
