    "description": "This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 02/03/2026. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.<br/><br/>Any communication relating to the award of this contract should be sent to Louise.landreth@nottshc.nhs.uk<br/><br/>The award decision was made by the Forensic Senior Leadership Team. <br/>No conflicts of interest were identified in the award of this contract. <br/><br/><br/>Together for Mental Wellbeing have been the successful provider at the last three competitive tenders, based on experience, quality, performance and value for money. <br/><br/>This provider has extensive experience of working into secure settings, established patient relationships and understands the individual needs / challenges with our patient cohorts.<br/><br/>During 2025/26, the Provider supported the Trust with its Financial Improvement Plans and working in partnership to achieve a 10% reduction <br/>in the overall contract value.<br/>The Provider continues to consistently meet the KPIs, with the exception of one, which is outside of the Provider's sphere of control and is reliant on Care Units effectively communicating date changes for Community Meetings.",
