This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intended approach notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This notice is to inform that Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust (BSMHFT) are inviting providers to submit tenders in regard to provision of triage, advice and guidance and on-site clinics in the areas of cardiology, dermatology and ultra-sound to a cohort of patients located at HMP Birmingham
