The process is currently at the tender stage, with the enquiry period closing on 10th March 2026 and the tender period concluding on 2nd April 2026. The procurement method is an open competition, suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and Voluntary, Community, and Social Enterprises (VCSEs), focusing on below-threshold services valued at £100,000. The contract is set to begin on 1st May 2026 and end by 31st March 2027.

It offers a platform for delivering a comprehensive suite of services, including clinical supervision, psychological guidance, workforce development training, and specialist interventions to meet new project needs. Ideal candidates would be those able to provide continuity and resilience through qualified teams of psychologists, rather than individual practitioners or consortia.
