    "description": "This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 13th March 2026 at 17:00. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR. Written representations should be sent to Hilary Wood - procurement@mpft.nhs.uk The decision makers are Jeanett Larsson and Hilary Wood. Conflict of interest forms have been completed by individuals within MPFT and by the supplier - no conflicts of interest have been declared. The provider has been assessed against 1. Quality and Innovation 40%, 2. Value 20%, 3. Integration, Collaboration and Service Sustainability 15%, 4. Improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice 15%, and 5. Social Value 10%. The provider was able to adequately demonstrate that they fulfilled the required criteria. The intention is to award the contract to Limbic Limited. The lifetime value of the contract is PS120,895.50.",
