To provide support for currently installed BEMS in 110 BMDC buildings and to develop and enhance the software to support the operations of BEMS across the estate. The software that is currently used has been developed in conjunction with Triad over the last 10 years to be a bespoke system for BMDC. It has been instrumental in supporting the reduction of energy usage by 25% over the last 5 years not only saving PS'millions from the energy bills but also supporting BMDC in its drive to net-zero carbon. The contract is also to support new installations of BEMS and upgrade where appropriate.
