Notice Description
East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust seeks to award contract(s) to suitably qualified and experienced providers for the delivery of Taxi Services supporting Royal Blackburn Teaching Hospital and Burnley General Hospital. The required services include, but are not limited to: * Patient transport (non emergency) * Staff transport * Ad hoc pick ups and drop offs * Transport of clinical items such as samples and case notes Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust seeks to award a contract to a suitably qualified provider for the provision of Taxi Services for Blackpool Victoria Hospital. Services required include: * Patient transport (non emergency) * Staff transport * Ad hoc pick ups and drop offs * Transport of clinical items such as samples and case notes

Lot 1 - Royal Blackburn Teaching Hospital - Taxi services
East Lancashire Hospital Trust wish to enter in to a contract with a suitably qualified provider for the provision of Taxi services for Royal Blackburn Teaching Hospital, for patients and Adhoc pick ups and drop offs including samples and case notes. The selected provider will be expected to provide to cover the geographical area around Royal Blackburn Teaching Hospital.
Renewal: The option to extend will be on a 12 months plus a further 12 months term.
Lot 2 - Burnley General Teaching Hospital - Taxi servicesEast Lancashire Hospital Trust wish to enter in to a contract with a suitably qualified provider for the provision of Taxi services for Burnley General Teaching Hospital, for patients and Adhoc pick ups and drop offs including samples and case notes. The selected provider will be expected to provide to cover the geographical area around Burnley General Teaching Hospital.
Renewal: The option to extend will be on a 12 months plus a further 12 months term.
