Anchor is seeking an Occupational Health Provider (OHP) capable of delivering a comprehensive, clinically robust service to support the health, wellbeing, and safe management of approximately 10,000 colleagues across England. The provider must offer a fully integrated Occupational Health service built around timely management referrals, expert clinical assessments, and high-quality reporting to enable informed decision-making related to colleague welfare, legal compliance, rehabilitation and return to work. Key requirements include: - End-to-end referral management, utilising the supplier's OHIO system for electronic administration, triage, appointment booking, and secure report access. - A full suite of clinical pathways, including OHA and OHP consultations (telephonic, video, and face-to-face), neurodiversity workplace needs assessments (non-diagnostic), musculoskeletal and psychological assessment pathways, workstation and functional capability assessments, and GP/Specialist liaison where required. - Clear, actionable reporting to management on fitness for work, necessary adjustments, rehabilitation options, redeployment, or ill-health dismissal considerations. - Specific and proportionate equipment/software recommendations, including rationale, alternatives, configuration needs, compatibility considerations and indicative costs. - Strong compliance and data governance, including adherence to confidentiality standards, data protection legislation, and secure record retention. - High service level performance, including appointment availability and reporting deadlines (typically within 7-10 working days for appointments and 1-7 working days for reports), with associated service credits where SLAs are not met. - Proactive management information, with regular monthly MI packs covering referral volumes, diagnostics, outcomes, KPIs, cancellations/DNAs, and financial reporting, supported by quarterly review meetings and an annual contract review.
