Procurement Information
Cost assurance team required to be an outsourced function. Direct award to T&T because this can't be offered to any of our strategic partners as they all have project teams that produce information that the cost assurance team checks. Therefore we use T&T as they were the incumbent supplier and already assigned to the projects and were awarded via the framework agreement direct award procedure for continuity purposes.
