East Staffordshire Borough Council is inviting tenders for a multi-lot homelessness service covering temporary and emergency bed spaces, social rented tenancies to rough sleepers and other homeless people with intensive wrap around support.

Temporary Bed Spaces
Suitably qualified applicants to provide supported bed spaces to be used as temporary accommodation.
Emergency Bed Spaces and Navigator ServiceSupported Emergency Bed Spaces with a Navigator Service
Housing First2 new 'Housing First' social rented tenancies per year for those with most complex needs and entrenched homelessness, including intensive wrap around support for existing and new tenants.
Stage 2 Floating SupportFloating support to 11 self-contained 'Stage 2' properties, which act as a second stage to independent living for those who have already spent time in shared supported housing.
