Lot 1: Homeless Day Shelter
Provision of a District-wide Homeless Day Shelter for individuals or households who are experiencing homelessness or at immediate risk of becoming homeless.
Renewal: Optional extension of up to 36 months in one or more extension periods subject to budget and satisfactory contractor performance
Lot 2: No Second Night Out ServiceProvision of a District wide No Second Night Out Service which helps to identify where rough sleepers are coming from and improve prevention and recovery services in these areas.
Renewal: Optional extension of up to 36 months in one or more extension periods subject to budget and satisfactory contractor performance
