There is some uncertainty at the moment as when, and if, the Centre will commence this procurement due to the Restore & Renovation programme proposed for the Palace of Westminster.

The QEII Centre is not seeking to actively engage with the market at this stage due to the uncertainty relating to the R&R programme which will see the usage of the Centre change which will alter the profile of the procurement.
