Cheshire West and Chester Council is seeking a contractor to clean public toilets in parks and other public spaces, open and lock the facilities where required, and pick litter. The work is divided across four service areas: Chester Urban Core, Ellesmere Port Neston Corridor, Frodsham and Mid-Cheshire Parks, and Rural South. The services are delivered across Cheshire West and Chester.
