715846472 - Estate Wide Stock Condition Surveys - UK2
Notice Description
Estate Wide Stock Condition Surveys for SFA properties.
Planning Information
DESCRIPTION Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) is undertaking estate wide stock condition surveys of circa 49,000 Ministry of Defence (MOD) properties. Industry standard data is required for each property to re-baseline the data held about the estate. ENGAGEMENT The provision of good quality homes for Service personnel and their families is a critical priority for the Ministry of Defence (MOD). This notice is published to advertise a preliminary market engagement exercise being conducted by DIO to assess the interest and capability of the market to undertake a project of this scale. Ensuring accurate, up to date condition data is essential for compliance, effective asset planning and maintaining the MOD’s critical priority of the provision of good quality homes for Service personnel and their families. DIO is looking to re-baseline the data that is held on the MOD estate to provide a full and detailed picture of every property; including (but not limited to) a full asset appraisal, longevity/lifecycle assessment, details of property layout, Health & Safety Compliance data and ecology assessment. The vision is to utilise the RICS Residential Stock Condition Survey Code of Practice. DIO would like to invite interested parties to register their interest in this opportunity and respond to the questions set out in the attached survey. The link to the survey:https://forms.cloud.microsoft/e/jAeKrBKzye The closing date for the survey is 27th April 2026 at 17:00.
