NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB - Cheshire Place has awarded a contract via Direct Award B to deliver a CHC service in Cheshire & Merseyside. The contract will start on the 1st of April 2025 and expire on 31st March 2026. The contract will be of nil value and will include individual place agreements within the contract that will include agreed costs. Then include one of the following statements: This is a new provider delivering existing CHC Service across Cheshire and Merseyside.
