The contract will include: Routine cleaning and hygiene maintenance Opening and closing of specified facilities Provision and management of consumables Sanitary waste collection and disposal Deep cleaning and ad hoc responsive cleaning services

Renewal: annual extension for a maximum 2 years - possible 5 year contract in total
