The modification is required to reflect agreed funding arrangements for the 2026/27 contract year. The original contract value was PS276,966,000. The value of this modification is PS1,006,486, resulting in a revised total contract value of PS277,972,486. The modification does not change the contract term, provider identity, or the core scope of the services and so does not render the contract materially different in character and relates to additional funding for services within the scope of the existing cancer care services contract."
