Waste engine oil is currently deposited by the public at HWRCs and stored in designated containers prior to collection. The Authority is seeking to understand market capability in relation to: *Collection from 19 HWRCs; *Treatment, recycling, recovery, or disposal of waste engine oil; *Compliance with all relevant environmental, waste, and health and safety legislation; *Service resilience, capacity, and value for money.
