This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract was awarded under reg 14 PSR due to an urgent need to ensure continuity of service. This urgency was not reasonably foreseeable to the trust, and patients would have been at risk of harm if had this award not been made.
