London & Quadrant Housing Trust is buying vinyl sheet flooring for its affordable housing portfolio, covering both new-build and major works or refurbishment programmes. Planning Information

Pre market engagement and market testing will be conducted from 27th April 2026 - 22nd May 2026. This is for flooring manufacturers only. The scope of the enegagement is to understand products that can be offered and if they suit L&Q's requirements. Majority of this will be done over teams/face to face meetings as and when meetings are booked in. There is specific date for meetings to be held.
