As part of this work, the Council is seeking to better understand the local provider market and explore options for delivering group-based, activity-led provision for children and young people who require additional support to access activities and social opportunities. Providers are invited to register on The-Chest portal, download the Soft Market Testing document and complete and submit their responses no later than 12 noon on the 22nd May 2026.
