This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) regulations 2023. The PSR statutory guidance highlights that continuity of service, particularly in regulated clinical pathways, is a key consideration in determining the most suitable procurement route. <br/>The current providers at Saxon Clinic and Chiltern Clinic are already integrated into the screening pathway, workforce arrangements, booking systems, and reporting processes.
