Businesses proficient in delivering 24/7 staffed services, crisis management, and collaborating with mental health professionals will find growth potential in this contract. The contract's evaluation criteria place emphasis on quality, innovation, and social value, indicating that firms capable of demonstrating high standards in these areas will be well-suited to compete.
