GreenSquareAccord Limited is procuring a managed materials supply solution for its in-house Direct Labour Organisation team and wider departments. The requirement covers four goods lots: responsive repairs van stock, core-range and special materials; electrical, heating, gas van stock, special materials and boilers; hired items and power tools; and kitchen, bathroom and void-property materials. The product categories include building fittings, electrical supplies, heating materials, boilers, machine tools, power tools and internal building fittings. Deliveries are required across the East Midlands, West Midlands, South East and South West of England. This opportunity suits distributors, merchants, manufacturers, equipment hire businesses and integrated supply providers able to support housing repairs, maintenance and planned works.

The procurement has reached tender: GreenSquareAccord invited offers through an open competitive flexible procedure. It has four active lots, each with a contract period from 14 May 2027 to 13 May 2032 and two possible extensions of three years and two years, giving a maximum extent to 13 May 2037. The estimated total is £83.2 million excluding VAT, or £99.84 million including VAT. Lot values excluding VAT are £45 million, £19 million, £2.2 million and £17 million respectively. Enquiries were due by 18 September 2026 at 5pm, and tenders by 30 September 2026 at noon, through the InTend portal. Evaluation is 60% quality and 40% price. Up to three suppliers per lot may reach presentations, with award assessment due by 15 December 2026.

The opportunity is suited to suppliers with broad product knowledge and dependable distribution capability across the East Midlands, West Midlands, South East and South West of England. Strong candidates may include builders’ merchants, electrical and heating specialists, boiler suppliers, tool-hire companies, power-tool distributors, and kitchen and bathroom materials providers. Businesses should be able to assemble and manage a managed supply service for a housing organisation’s repairs, maintenance and planned-works teams, including van-stock replenishment, core-range products, special materials and equipment hire. The procedure requires a completed Procurement Specific Questionnaire and assessment against participation conditions, including checks involving associated persons and proposed subcontractors. Suppliers must be prepared for quality-focused evaluation, possible presentations, and delivery through a UK or treaty-state supply chain.
