GreenSquareAccord is looking to tender for the Supply of Materials for our in-house DLO team and wider Departments including: - Managed Store Access Solution: - Delivery and Counter Service (including enhanced delivery options and out of hours supply) - Stock holding, Stock Availability, Substitutions and Special Items; - Price Management, Quarterly Price Files and Support Terms: - Van Stock Management; - Innovative Solutions; - Sustainability, Ethical Sourcing and Waste: - IT app and Invoicing Solutions; - Shared Office Space hot desking facilities; - Hire Equipment; - Waste Storage.

GSA is keen to listen to the views of the UK supply chain and interested suppliers, on suggestions and recommendations to help frame our approach. We aim to invite interested suppliers to a circa 90 minute online meeting (facilitate via MS Teams) as follows: • Introductions • GSA Brief on proposals and current position • How to engage with GSA on this opportunity • Open Q&A Forum The MS Teams session is planned for 10am on the 11th June and interested parties are requested to indicate their availability to attend this single opportunity session and provide email addresses of attendees to procurement@greensquareaccord.co.uk by the deadline of 12pm (noon) on 10th June to be included. Questionnaire/Survey To support interaction and allow potential bidders to provide their views on approach to market and also innovative ideas for mutual benefit, a questionnaire is attached to help guide discussion, but we ask please do not be constrained by the questions asked, as we really wish to use this opportunity to hear from those with significant experience in the sector. Please provide response of the questionnaire to the above email address by the above deadline.
