For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.

The approximate value of the contract is estimated to be PS9,000,000, with the initial contract term running from 1st August 2026 to 31st July 2027 (1 year), and an option to extend for a further period of up to three years (1+1+1 years), subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.
