Options: The number, duration and dates of hire periods stated in the pricing schedule is an estimate for evaluation purposes only. The actual number and duration of hire periods may increase or decrease, the Council reserves the right to add or remove hire periods during the term of the contract. The Council makes no commitment to any fixed number or duration of hires required under this contract. The contract does not include any guarantee of any minimum volume of services, or any minimum expenditure.
Renewal: The Contract period is 2 years, with the options to extend for a further 2 year period, from the contract end date. Contract commencement date is 01 August 2026.
