The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The contract award criteria and relative weightings were set out within the procurement documentation and reflected the requirements of the service specification. Technical Response weighting - 85% Commercial Response weighting - 15% Technical Response criteria: Criteria Weighting Service Delivery 10% Knowledge and Skills 10% Support Delivery 5% Transition and Move-on 10% Working in Partnership 10% Tenancy Sustainment/Housing Mgt 5% Mobilisation 10% Quality Assurance 5% Risk Mgt. 10% Social Value/Net Zero 10% Total 85% Following evaluation and moderation of all compliant submissions, Look Ahead Care and Support achieved the highest overall moderated score and was assessed as providing the most advantageous proposal against the published award criteria.",
