BT479 - Dog Kennelling and Rehoming Services
Notice Description
Westminster City Council is seeking a supplier to provide a 24/7 dog kennelling, care and rehoming service to support the statutory handling of stray and abandoned dogs. Services include licensed kennelling, animal welfare provision in line with the Animal Welfare Act 2006 and DEFRA guidance, veterinary care, behavioural assessments, and facilitation of return to owners or rehoming of unclaimed dogs.

This Expression of Interest (EOI) is being undertaken to assess market capacity, capability and delivery approaches for dog kennelling and rehoming services. Interested suppliers are invited to review the opportunity and submit responses via the Council’s eSourcing portal: https://wcc.ukp.app.jaggaer.com/go/16907297019EACD34B72 All clarification questions must also be submitted through the portal.
