Physical Disabilities

This lot relates to the provision of support services for adults aged 18-65 with physical disabilities. Providers must demonstrate experience in delivering flexible, outcomes-focused support that promotes independence, mobility and community engagement.

Cognitive Impairment (including acquired brain injury)
