First Greater Western Limited is procuring a complete Legionella management regime for Great Western Railway. Strong quality assurance, documented technical competence, reliable delivery across South West England and Wales, and the capacity to meet service levels and key performance indicators will be important. Sustainability and environmental, social and governance performance also forms part of the evaluation, alongside contractual and pricing capability.
