For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The initial contract term is 24 months, with the option to extend twice for up to 12 months each time. The contract period commenced on the 01 April 2026. This procurement has been carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioner.
