Ad hoc qualitative and quantitative research which can support TfL/GLA to understand both the breadth and depth of a variety of themes including customer information provision, staff service to customers, fares, ticketing and changes, urban realm and built environment, healthy streets topics, safety and security, travel demand management, vehicle or service development, freight, disability, accessibility and inclusion.
Procurement Information
Call-off from the CCS RM6126 DPS - Under PCR2015. Categories were filtered by selection available on the CCS. All suppliers were sent an early market engagement to complete and would allow us register them on SAP Ariba. An expression of interest was then sent out to all suppliers to allow us register them on SAP Ariba.
