Dover District Council is exploring the future procurement of development services for SAP28, a planned project concerning land between Eythorne and Elvington in Dover. This engagement will suit property developers, land promoters, development managers and real estate advisers able to contribute practical views on how land between Eythorne and Elvington could be brought forward.
