Thames Water Utilities Limited is the Statutory Undertaker governed by the Water Industry Act 1991 responsible for the water supply and wastewater removal at Thamesmead Extension sites A, B, C, D, E, F & G. Thames Water Utilities Limited has intellectual property rights or other exclusive rights relating to these Thames Water assets.
