Direct award a contract to Dr Tam Cane to deliver the (AFDiT) Champions Programme; Anti-Racist Framework for Decision-making in Transitioning children from minoritised racial and ethnic groups into transracial adoptive families. The AFDiT Champions Programme is an initiative designed to embed anti-racist and culturally responsive principles into transracial adoption practice.
