Natural England is procuring consultancy services to develop a high-level list of conservation measures for nutrient-neutrality sites. The measures must be capable of benefiting features of targeted Special Areas of Conservation affected by nutrient enrichment and remain applicable in perpetuity. The work will support Natural England, local authorities and catchment partners in shaping future nutrient mitigation, restoration and investment programmes. Six geographic work areas are covered: River Axe, River Eden, River Itchen, River Lugg, Stodmarsh SAC and Ramsar, and Somerset Levels. Delivery is across the United Kingdom.
