This is a PSR award being made due to urgent circumstances. This notice relates to the obesity pathway innovation programme.
The BRIDGE programme is establishing a whole-pathway model comprising a digital access and management platform , which handles patient identification, self-referral, triage and onward referral as well as hosting weight rebound reduction resources, and this Service, which is responsible for clinical assessment, behavioural and pharmacological weight management support, and discharge back to routine care.
The value of this award is PS1,543,420.94 for a period of 12 months. The service is to be provided from 01/09/2026 - 31/08/2027.
