Notice Description

The Force are seeking to appoint a qualified MEP Clerk of Works for the refurbishment of a five-storey building incorporating a combination of existing and new Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) plant and systems. The MEP Clerk of Works shall act on behalf of the Employer (the Force) to monitor quality, compliance, and installation standards throughout the project lifecycle. The contract period for the MEP Clerk of Works will be approximately 20-months. The Force will require the Successful Contractor to attend site at least twice a week, there will also be a requirement to attend the site promptly, should any issues arise. For this reason, the Force require the Successful Contractor to be based, or have an office located within a 40 miles radius of the site.
