Procurement Information

Following insolvency of 4Square, Legendre were appointed under a separate contract for urgent H&S works relating to the extent of defects and site condition. Following informal market engagement, the range of the contractors we can work with expressed little appetite for a remedial project or did not have sufficient experience in remediation of LSF systems. Legendre, who were already in situ (ie H&S Works) have demonstrated examples of similar remediation projects and considering the destressed nature of the scheme it was considered viable to continue with a direct award.
