Notice Description

This specification is for the procurement of a bilingual engagement framework which can be used to launch new or updated services for people with Long Term Health Conditions and inform potential referrers of their existence.The framework will comprise a standardised process for engagement including a style guide, design assets and stock images as well as digital and written templates. The initial project will be the relaunch of the Invest in Your Health programme but the framework should be appropriate for all current and future services. Materials will need to meet current legislation for data protection, accessibility and equality including the requirements of the Welsh Language Act.The Long-Term Conditions and Wellbeing Programme invite quotations which meet the following specification from organisations, individuals or consortiums who can carry out the proposed activities detailed in this document. The successful bidder will provide:A written guide detailing a step-by-step approach to launching a new healthcare service for people with a long-term condition.A three-hour workshop introducing the basics of public engagement / marketing to staff within the service and the appropriate ways of using the materials provided to raise awareness of services.A compendium of supporting templates to include, but not limited to:Media release templateSocial media post templates appropriate to different platforms (including Facebook and Twitter as a minimum)Broadcast email templatesInformation for service usersInformation for referring health professionals- proposed plan for the relaunch of the Invest in Your Health service.- advice on a Framework for launching new services, a bilingual brand identity, templates and specific design elements for use within media outlets including local press, social, websites and any associated materials.The development work should include but not be limited to the following requirements:Collaborate with the team to research and secure input from existing stakeholders which is reflected in the final product.Provide guidance for the team as to content required to deliver the most compelling messageWill need to include current NHS Wales and Powys Teaching Health Board brandingWill need to comply with NHS accessibility guidance and Welsh Language Standards ComplianceCreate new templates, imagery and choose appropriate typefaces for use across internal documents, social media channels and other digital platforms (including websites).Develop and produce materials that demonstrate continuity through tone and messaging and relevance to the service's target audiences.Establish guidelines for the use of the brand in print and digital scenarios and provide a platform from which to build campaigns and communications going forwards.Supply and transfer the ownership of design assets in modifiable and raw file format including but not limited to .pdf, .doc, .ppt, .xls, .inddAll materials must use non-stigmatising language and images.Ensure any images/graphics supplied are free from 3rd party copyright
