Notice Title

DEVELOPING A BENEFITS REALISATION FRAMEWORK

Notice Description

BCUHB's Primary & Community Care Academy is seeking a partner to support the development of a Benefits Realisation Framework. However, back to the question of support, we would be happy to provide support to developing the benefits framework which can then be used for ongoing monitoring and evaluation. We would see our work being clear about the strategic objectives to be achieved, develop the logic model against which to assess and measure the benefits, undertake the benefits mapping and KPI development, identify methods for measurement and reporting and to support the establishment of a baseline. This would be undertaken through desk review of your existing materials, a series of small focused workshops with yourself, Stella and any other key stakeholders, developing the outputs described above and providing support to the set up of measurement. The Benefits Realisation Framework will demonstrate the impact of a significant financial investment in the development of the Primary and Community Care Academy (the Academy). The Benefits Realisation Framework will be used for the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the Academy and the work streams described in the Business Case. The Academy has been established to support the development of the primary care workforce across all professions, non-clinical, clinical and medical. It will focus on developing:-multi-disciplinary training hubs,-pathways to advanced and consultant practice-skills, education and training programmes to meet the emerging needs of the workforce and;-the recruitment and retention of the primary care workforce in north Wales. One underpinning principle of the Academy is robust evaluation and in its contribution to the development of the future workforce and models of care in primary and community settings. The Academy has a lead Research and Evaluation Officer who will champion the delivery of the Benefits Realisation Framework. The Health Board is seeking a partner to work collaboratively to facilitate and articulate the impacts of the investment in line with our evaluation approach outlined in the business case.We would also welcome insight from our Partner in developing other areas that they see as significant in evidencing Return on Investment in a wide context e.g. the welsh PoundIn response to this service specification, please supply a short summary of your approach including:-A description or example of the expected output-A timeline and breakdown of costs
